HOUSE MANAGER NEEDED // BEVERLY HILLS, CA

This position is an exempt position, not eligible for overtime pay.

-Employee generally will work at the household, between the hours of 9 am through 6 pm, on Monday through Friday. -Employee may also work at other locations as directed by the Family, may travel with the Family, and may work different hours or days of the week. -Employee may be required to work on weekends or evenings, and may work more than 5 days a week. -Employee shall devote over half her work time to managerial, administrative duties requiring the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, with little or no supervision, including the following: Interviewing, selecting, recommending, hiring, training, evaluating, supervising, and terminating household staff, service providers and vendors; supervising and overseeing temporary household service providers, such as workers who may be hired for an event at the household; scheduling and overseeing the workload and performance of household staff; training household staff regarding daily timesheets and expense reports; assuring that the timesheets and expense reports for staff are completed and turned in on time; creating, maintaining and implementing policies for the running of the household and staff; planning, budgeting, implementing, and overseeing household projects; troubleshooting and problem solving household maintenance, project and staffing issues, managing family and household calendars, maintaining house with stocked emergency/disaster kits, managing any construction or renovation projects at both properties, oversee and attend to any guests staying at house/properties (i.e. making appointments, making car arrangements and/or taking clothes to dry cleaning), maintenance of any family pet(s), confirm that house is well-stocked with cleaning and grocery supplies, running errands, purchasing gifts and household items, work in tandem with business management to consciously vet vendors for quality as well as price comparison and execute any other duties as directed by Employers not listed within agreement that may arise during course of employment.
