Location: Los Angeles, CA (Frequent travel required)

Compensation: $150-200K, commensurate with experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to support a Grammy Award–winning rapper and entrepreneur. The ideal candidate is an organized, resourceful, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and can anticipate needs before they arise. This role requires extensive travel, long hours, and the ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive personal and executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence

•Manage and prioritize an ever-changing schedule with precision and flexibility

•Coordinate with management, label, and production teams to streamline communication and logistics

•Oversee travel arrangements (private and commercial), accommodations, and on-the-road logistics for artist and team

•Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to ensure smooth daily operations

•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

•Support personal errands, special projects, and events as needed

•Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure or rapidly changing environments

Qualifications

•Minimum 7 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably supporting a high-profile talent, artist, or executive

•Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail

•Proven ability to work under pressure and handle strong, dynamic personalities with grace

•Highly adaptable with a “10 steps ahead” mindset and a solutions-oriented approach

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Ability to travel extensively and be available around the clock as needed

•Valid driver’s license and passport required
