BIG SISTER STYLE NEEDED TWEEN GIRL NEEDED // CALABASAS, CA

Location: Calabasas, CA 

Job Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a fun, outgoing, and responsible rota nanny who can be a supportive “big sister” figure for a teenage girl. She would love someone who understands what’s trending, enjoys social media, and can engage in fun conversations while also being a positive role model. If you’re someone who is relatable, energetic, and can offer both friendship and guidance, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

•Be a fun and supportive mentor who understands teenage life today.

•Stay engaged with social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and be able to relate to what’s current.

•Encourage creativity and positive self-expression, whether through social media, hobbies, or personal interests.

•Provide companionship—whether that’s hanging out, chatting, going shopping, or doing activities together.

•Assist with organization, time management, and light household tasks related to the teen.

•Help with transportation to activities, social events, or errands.

•Offer guidance while respecting personal space and independence.

Ideal Candidate:

•Social media savvy—knows what’s trending but promotes a positive and balanced approach.

•Friendly, outgoing, and in tune with teenage interests, pop culture, and digital spaces.

•A good listener and communicator who can offer advice and support.

•Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

•Has a background in child psychology 

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday-Friday with travel. This might change to 7 days on 7 days off.

$130-150K + PTO, paid holidays and benefits
