The Role

We are looking for a talented in house, cross-functional CVWriter to join our client’s team. As the CV Writer you will create compelling content for a wide variety of platforms including the client’s potential blog, mailing lists, white papers, and op-eds.

A successful candidate is detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. We are looking for a natural storyteller with a high level of creativity, who also has the ability to understand our client’s vision deeply and use data-driven insights to write better material.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial journalism, ideally with a track record covering the private markets

Demonstrated ability to master a subject area of reporting and cover it at a high level

Competency in building complex data sets and performing robust quantitative analysis

Skill in using tools for data-driven storytelling

Excellent writing, including an ability to establish a narrative based on conceptual and data-focused themes

The initiative and ability to pitch and develop your own story topics independently

Work well under deadline pressure

Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Salary $100-135K DOE
