Job Title: Chief of Staff to Touring Rapper

Compensation: $200,000 + full benefits Location: Los Angeles, CA. Travel-based / on-tour / remote as needed

Schedule: Full-time, 24/7 availability required

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to support a high-profile touring recording artist in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a highly dynamic, always-on role requiring absolute discretion, strong executive judgment, and the ability to seamlessly manage both professional and personal operations at the highest level.

The ideal candidate is strategic, resourceful, unshakably organized, and thrives under pressure. You will serve as the artist’s right hand, ensuring all day-to-day logistics, communications, business priorities, and touring operations run flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the artist, management, agents, label, tour staff, security, personal team, and external partners

• Oversee all scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and real-time itinerary adjustments

• Manage tour-related logistics including transportation, accommodations, hospitality, staffing, and VIP arrangements

• Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines

• Handle confidential personal and business matters with the highest level of discretion

• Anticipate needs before they arise and proactively solve issues in real time

• Assist with special projects, brand partnerships, appearances, press, and event coordination

• Manage urgent requests and last-minute changes across multiple time zones

• Ensure the artist’s day-to-day environment, workflow, and personal operations are fully optimized

• Provide strategic operational support and act as a trusted advisor on key decisions

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting a high-profile executive, celebrity, artist, athlete, or founder in a senior operational role

• Experience in music, entertainment, touring, live events, or talent management strongly preferred

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm, poised, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure environments

• Absolute discretion and professionalism

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively

• Flexible schedule with 24/7 availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-tour support

• Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to make quick judgment calls
