EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED // SURFSIDE, FL

Executive Houskeeper for a wonderful family in Surfside, FL. $40/hour plus possible health insurance stipend. Mostly M-F 10-4 but need for flexibility and occasional evenings and weekends when the family is in residence. This is a seasonal home so while the Principals are not there for most of the year, there are always ongoing projects, maintenance and upkeep. The family consists of 2 adults, 2 grown kids who don’t live at home but who visit sometimes, and 2 dogs.

Need excellent English, organizational skills, longevity in previous roles and a friendly demeanor.

This is a sole Houskeeper role so must be comfortable managing a household as the lead and only Houskeeper including cleaning, laundry, ironing, organization, inventories, managing vendors and maintenance repairs. The position reports to the family office Project Manager and Principals.
