Position: Full-Time Housekeeper

Location: Calabasas, California

Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus every other Saturday

Compensation: $35 per hour

Benefits: 80% employer-paid medical benefits, 401(k), paid sick days, and PTO

About the Role

A private family in Calabasas is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeper to join their established household team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of longevity in previous positions, experience working in high-net-worth residences or five-star hotels, and a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization standards.

This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and thrives as part of a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining a beautiful, well-run household.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed daily cleaning of all interior spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.

• Launder, press, and care for fine linens, clothing, and delicate fabrics.

• Maintain household organization and cleaning supply inventories.

• Assist with wardrobe care, seasonal rotations, and household organization projects.

• Work effectively and respectfully within a team of housekeepers.

• Adhere to cleaning protocols specific to luxury home environments.

• Communicate clearly with the household management team and colleagues.

• Maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private residence or five-star hotel.

• Demonstrated longevity and reliability in past positions.

• Excellent references required.

• Strong understanding of proper care for luxury finishes, surfaces, and fabrics.

• Team-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass an extensive background check.

Hiring Process

• Three (3) Zoom interviews will be conducted prior to any in-person meeting with the family.

• A three-day paid trial period will follow for selected finalists.

• Employment is contingent upon successful reference checks and an extensive background screening.
