HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED // CALABASAS & BEVERLY HILLS, CA

Position: Full-Time Housekeeper

Location: Calabasas & Beverly Hills, California

Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus every other weekend

Compensation: $45 per hour

Benefits: 80% employer-paid medical benefits, 401(k), paid sick days, and PTO

About the Role

A private family in Calabasas & Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their established household team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in high-net-worth homes or five-star hotels, demonstrate longevity in previous positions, and take great pride in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily detailed cleaning and maintenance of all interior household spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.

• Launder, press, and properly care for luxury linens, garments, and delicate fabrics.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas, pantries, and closets.

• Assist with wardrobe management, seasonal rotations, and packing/unpacking when needed.

• Work collaboratively with other members of the housekeeping team to ensure consistent high standards.

• Follow established cleaning protocols for a luxury residence.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with household management and other staff members.

• Uphold the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional housekeeping experience in a private residence or five-star hotel.

• Demonstrated longevity and reliability in previous positions.

• Excellent references required.

• Strong understanding of luxury home care and the handling of fine finishes, materials, and fabrics.

• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well within a team.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass an extensive background check.

Hiring Process

• Three (3) Zoom interviews will take place prior to any in-person meeting with the family.

• A three-day paid trial period will follow for finalists.

• Employment is contingent upon successful reference checks and a comprehensive background screening.
