Position: Part-Time Housekeeper

Location: Atwater Village, California

Schedule: 2 days per week (flexible days)

Compensation: $35 per hour

About the Role

A private client in Atwater Village is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to provide light household support and organization twice per week. The home already has a professional cleaning team that performs deep cleans every two weeks, so this role focuses on maintenance tasks, organization, and light meal preparation.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, enjoys cooking simple family meals, and is comfortable around small dogs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying, surface cleaning, and maintaining general household order.

• Organize and maintain the pantry, closets, and refrigerator.

• Prepare and cook a meal during each visit (simple, healthy dishes preferred).

• Do laundry and put away clothing neatly and carefully.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and living areas between professional cleanings.

• Be comfortable working around and occasionally caring for two small friendly dogs (feeding or letting out as needed).

• Communicate any household needs or low supplies to the client.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience in a private home.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Enjoys cooking and can prepare simple, nutritious meals.

• Pet-friendly and comfortable with small dogs.

• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide references upon request.
