Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeper

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA

Compensation: $35-45/h DOE. 1099 Position

Schedule:

• Mondays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Sundays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  (Additional hours may be available to cover the full-time housekeeper, assist with dinner parties, or support special household needs.)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced housekeeper to support the upkeep and smooth running of a private residence in Manhattan Beach. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a household team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and organization of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces

• Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate fabrics

• Change linens and make beds

• Maintain household supplies and restock as needed

• Assist with meal prep, kitchen clean-up, and occasional service during gatherings or dinner parties

• Support special projects and seasonal household needs

• Work alongside and provide backup coverage for the full-time housekeeper when necessary

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience in a private residence preferred

• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness

• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently

• Discretion and respect for privacy

• Flexibility to adjust schedule when needed for additional coverage or events

• Must be comfortable with pets (if applicable)
