ROTA NANNY NEEDED // CALABASAS, CA

Position: Rotational Nanny (7 Days On/7 Days Off)

Location: Calabasas, CA (with travel as needed)

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (Live-in during on-duty weeks)

Experience Required: 8+ years professional nanny experience, preferably with high-profile or celebrity families

Pay: $30/h + overtime, PTO, paid holidays and benefits (salary ends up being anywhere between $140-180K depending how much travel is involved)

A high-profile family is seeking an experienced and dedicated Rotational Nanny to join their nanny team in providing exceptional care for their children. This is a full-time, rotational position, alternating one week on and one week off. The ideal candidate is nurturing, proactive, and deeply experienced in working with children in a discreet, professional, and high-energy household.

Responsibilities include:

•Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for three children (with the help from other nannies on the team)

•Maintaining routines, including school schedules, activities, and bedtime

•Coordinating closely with other nannies, family assistant, security personnel, and the mom

•Communicating daily with the family team to ensure a seamless experience for the children

•Packing for travel and accompanying the family on trips as needed

•Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

•Minimum 8 years of full-time nanny experience

•Prior experience working in celebrity or high-net-worth households strongly preferred

•Strong communication and organizational skills

•Comfortable working alongside a full household staff

•Discretion, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment

•Valid driver’s license and passport

•CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to update)
