RUNNER/JUNIOR ASSISTANT NEEDED // BEVERLY HILLS/CALABASAS, CA

Position: Runner/Junior Assistant 

Location: Calabasas & Beverly Hills 

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: 5 days per week, weekends required, holidays expected (shifts anywhere from 6:30am-5:00pm or 9am-5pm+)

We’re seeking reliable, hardworking, and flexible individuals who can run errands and support the day-to-day needs of the household with no direct client interaction. Responsibilities include things like grabbing coffee in the mornings, restocking the houses, and running errands throughout the day.

The ideal candidate understands that no two days are the same—things are ever-changing, and flexibility is key. This person will support the household’s manager and assistant, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly by running errands, picking items up, or dropping things off as needed.

It is necessary that the candidate takes direction well—while also being able to think critically, ask the right questions, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Above all, we’re looking for kind, grounded, and dedicated team players who we can count on at all times of the day.

This is a great role for someone looking to gain experience and grow into a personal assisting position.
