RUNNER/JUNIOR ASSISTANT NEEDED // WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Salary: $80,000/year + PTO & Sick Days

Schedule: 24/7 availability — no set schedule

A high-profile rapper is seeking a very junior, hands-on Artist Assistant/Runner to join their team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is hardworking, flexible, extremely reliable, and understands that working in the entertainment industry requires a high level of availability and adaptability. The ideal candidate is a true team player who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed and taking direction without hesitation. No two days will look the same, and this position requires someone who can move quickly, stay calm under pressure, and handle a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day personal and household errands

• Pick up and drop off dry cleaning, packages, food, and other items

• Pick up and drop off guests, team members, and visitors as needed

• Assist with day-to-day needs while the artist is home, traveling, or working

• Ensure the home is prepared and welcoming before the artist arrives, including lighting candles and making sure rooms are properly set up

• Assist with basic household tasks and upkeep as needed

• Keep water and other requested items readily available

• Help with last-minute requests and unexpected needs throughout the day or night

• Support other members of the artist’s team whenever needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished environment

• Handle all personal and professional matters with complete discretion and confidentiality

• Extremely reliable, punctual, and responsive

• Comfortable with a 24/7, no-set-schedule lifestyle

• Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed

• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in being helpful

• Thick-skinned and able to work well in a high-pressure environment

• Comfortable receiving direction and constructive feedback

• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy

• A genuine team player who understands that no task is beneath them

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, private service, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus, but not required

This is a very hands-on junior position and is best suited for someone eager to learn, prove themselves, and grow within an artist’s team. The right person will understand that flexibility, availability, and a positive attitude are essential to succeeding in this role.
