This role blends logistical oversight, team coordination, and facilities management in a highly organized but personable home. • Manage vendor lists, contacts, and recurring maintenance schedules; ensure seasonal

    projects are tracked and executed

  • Coordinate with personal assistants, nannies, and staff to ensure seamless itineraries and

    transitions

  • Maintain vendor logs, household manuals, and shared communications (Notes systems,

living documents and physical binders)

Financial Oversight

  • Maintain household budgets and coordinate with the family’s business management team

  • Track expenses and reconcile purchasing

  • Provide cost estimates, track project spend, and support cost-conscious decision-making

  • Understand manual gate overrides and other home functions in the event of a power outage

  • Maintain awareness of family safety preferences and act swiftly in proactive and reactive scenarios

    Hands-On Support

  • Willingness to step in for errands, troubleshooting, and dynamic logistics. This is not a supervisory-only role—someone who enjoys being in the mix is valued

Transition Planning

  • Inherit structured systems built by outgoing manager; adjust and improve systems as needed while maintaining operational continuity in support of principal preferences

Candidate Qualities

  • 5+ years in Estate management or similar roles for UHNW or high-profile families

  • Strong financial management and reporting skills

  • Calm, grounded, and highly self-directed

  • Technologically literate (Savant, Lutron, Google Suite, AV etc.)

  • Able to uphold and maintain designer-level interior standards with a knowledge of high-end finishes across the home

  • Skilled at managing a nanny team and coordinating within a creative, family-oriented environment

  • Emotionally mature with natural boundary-setting ability; intuitive and tactful communicator

  • Unafraid of rolling up sleeves when needed—especially in support of logistics or transitions

    Work Culture

  • The home is warm and family-driven, but privacy and professional discretion are paramount; candidates must be confident but non-intrusive

  • Communication with principals is low-touch; clarity, self-direction, and humility are essential
