About the company: A premier healthcare private equity investment firm based in New York City that seeks to create long term value for their investors and the healthcare companies in which they invest in. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day office coordination to ensure a well-run, professional, and welcoming environment
• Oversee ordering, stocking, and tracking all office supplies and consumables
• Maintain all conference rooms, including cleanliness, technology setup, and meeting readiness
• Greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and properly supported
• Serve as the primary liaison to vendors, service providers, and building management to address office needs
• Support ad hoc projects, including data entry, light reporting, and other administrative tasks
• Provide backup support to the Executive Assistants and/or Leadership assisting with scheduling, logistics, and administrative overflow as needed
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of office coordination, administrative, or assistant experience
• Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with and understanding of modern technology tools, organizational systems, and productivity methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and warm demeanor
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-moving setting and proactively identifies ways to improve office operations
