Compensation: $31/hour (annualized total compensation estimated between $175,000–$200,000 with overtime)
Benefits: 80% employer-paid health insurance, paid sick days, and PTO
About the Role
A warm, dynamic family in Calabasas is seeking an energetic, full-time Rota Nanny to join their established childcare team. The household includes four active children, and the family values nannies who are hands-on, positive, and eager to create a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment.
This position operates on a Rota (rotational) schedule with other experienced nannies, requiring flexibility, collaboration, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be young in spirit, enthusiastic, and ready for a fast-paced role that involves frequent domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, loving, and hands-on care for four children in collaboration with a team of nannies.
• Engage children in creative, educational, and age-appropriate activities both at home and while traveling.
• Coordinate daily routines, meals, and schedules with other household staff and parents.
• Support a smooth, safe environment in all settings — including travel, activities, and family events.
• Assist with packing, organizing, and planning for trips and outings.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and team members.
• Maintain a high level of energy, patience, and flexibility throughout the day.
• Uphold the family’s privacy, values, and standards at all times.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional nanny experience, ideally with multiple children or in high-profile households.
• Experience working in a Rota or team-based nanny structure preferred.
• Must be able to travel frequently — both domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Active, energetic, and physically able to keep up with multiple children in a dynamic environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• Valid passport and driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a full background check.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an energetic, professional nanny who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and enjoys travel, teamwork, and adventure.
